Do you live in California? Do you and your spouse already agree on how to divide up your assets and debts? What about custody and visitation? If yes, our 3-Step Divorce package may be your best option. It is the least expensive and fastest way to get a comprehensive, custom, divorce judgment, handled by an attorney. And you don’t have to go to court. In fact, you don’t have to go anywhere. Our 3-Step Divorce package is based on a flat fee that varies depending on whether or not you have minor children.
Here’s what the process looks like:
Step 1. You bring your financial documents and information for your first meeting with the attorney, who will prepare your petition documents, financial disclosures, and your judgment documents.
Step 2. You review all legal documents with your consulting attorneys before signing them.
Step 3. We file and serve all required documents, which, upon signing by the judge, become legally binding. And you start your new life.
It really is that easy!
Our 3-Step Divorce package includes one half hour of revisions. We strongly encourage you to have a consulting attorney review ALL documents before you sign them.
This option is not for everyone and does not include any mediation time. But that does not mean that you cannot come in for mediation. If you are not able to agree on any issue, you are more than welcome to come in and mediate that one issue. Our hourly mediation rates will apply and, as always with mediation, you pay only for the time you use.
To start this process, you can request an orientation by calling 909-275-7763, or e-mailing Diana Martinez at firstname.lastname@example.org. Just one more way we try to make this process easier for you and your family.
